Stampin'Up! Honey Bee Hello

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Gemma Clarke

Hello everyone

Today I have a new video for you but with a slight difference, Sometimes we don't always have time to watch a long YouTube tutorial so I have decided to start making short videos. This will also enable me to make more content for you all too as they are much less time consuming than a full tutorial. Of course I will still be doing full chatty tutorials of my 3d projects for you.

These videos will be available on Instagram and YouTube (see below)

I have started with a card that I have CASED from the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue using the Honey Bee Bundle and some of the Golden Honey Speciality DSP which is the SAB item.

For the card you will need

A card blank,
I cut a sheet of thick whisper white in half long ways at 4 1\8" and trimmed the other side to 11 1\2" then scored on the long side at 5 3\4". This is how I make the majority of my card blanks weather they be white or a coloured card.

The dsp layer is 3 7\8" x 5 1\2"

The whisper white card is 2 1\2" x 4 1\4"

I then used a scrap of whisper white to stamp and die cut my bee and also stamp the hello on.

A piece of Coastal Cabana to die cut the honeycomb and I kept the small hexagons to add to the front of my card.

All the stamping for this card is done in Memento Black ink and I used my water colour pencils to colour the bees
.

I do hope that you enjoy the video and I'm so looking forward to making more!

Until next time

 Happy crafting!

  1. I love this card. What a great idea to use the shapes to fit into the DSP. That color just makes it pop too. CASEing this for sure.
