Stampin'Up! Origami Gift Box

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Gemma Clarke

Hello everyone

Today's project are these fun origami gift boxes which I made for my online crafty session. I usually have a class at the Craft Shed in Basildon but due to current circumstances we are unable to meet in person so now we are meeting online. I thought of this project as I was pretty sure that they would all have some patterned paper so would be able to craft along with me.

These boxes are all made in the same way the only difference is the size of the square of patterned paper you start with.

For my smallest box I used the Golden Honey DSP and one of the bees from the die set and the middle size I used the Poppy DSP and the coordinating dies to make the flower and leaves.

For the one I show in the video tutorial I used the Lily Pad Lake DSP which was a Sale-A-Bration product and sadly unavailable now but it was one of the last few pieces of 12" x 12" DSP I had.

For the small box

6" x 6" DSP

For the lid you will need

2 1\2" x 2 1\2" card, score this at 1\2" on all 4 sides

2" x 2" card

1 3\4" x 1 3\4" DSP

For the medium sized box

9" x 9" DSP

For the lid you will need

3" x 3", scored at 3\8" on all 4 sides

3" x 3" card

2 3\4" x 2 3\4" DSP

For the large box

12" x 12" DSP

4" x 4" card, scores at 1\2" on all 4 sides

3 1\2" x 3 1\2" card

3 1\4" x 3 1\4" DSP

Here is the video

Here are some of the supplies I used for my boxes
