Stampin'Up! Jar of Flowers #GDP242

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Gemma Clarke

Hello everyone

This week I have taken part in the Global Design Project challenge for the first time in a long while. When I saw the sketch challenge this week I couldn't wait to play along and of course use some of the brand new products from my pre order!

Here is my entry for the challenge,

This is the sketch we were given to base our cards on, If you haven't seen the Global Design Project before I would suggest you take a look, not only is it great fun to take part in but there are lots of beautiful cards and projects to inspire you! You can find it here

I have used the new Jar Of Flowers stamp set that is going to be available in the Annual Catalogue from 3rd June.

Along with the stamp set I have also used one of the new InColours for 2020/22, Cinnamon Cider. I didn't think I would like this colour very much but after seeing it in real life its gorgeous, such a yummy colour!

For the card I stamped my images in Early Espresso and coloured the flowers with my watercolour pencils then fussy cut the flowers and the smaller jar image that I stamped onto some of the Cinnamon Cider DSP.
I used 2 strips of the DSP along the top and bottom of my card then added a layer of whisper white and a die cut circle of vellum behind the flowers and jar.
for the sentiment I used the Field of Flowers stamp set, I fussy cut the Always and stamped the ' in my heart' directly to the card front.

All the new items I used for this card will be available from 3rd June so be sure to come by again soon to get yours!

If you would like a catalogue sent to you please send me a message and I will pop one in the post for you!

Thank you for stopping by today, as always stay safe and keep crafting!
