Stampin'Up! Tulips in bloom box card

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Gemma Clarke

Hello everyone

Today's project is a beautiful box card using the fabulous Timeless Tulips and coordinating punch which is in the mini catalogue. This card was made at my 3d card making class last week, and is perfect for Easter or a special birthday.

As mentioned above I have used the timeless tulip bundle which is a stamp set and punch. The DSP I used is from the stack that is part of the Sale-A-Bration joining offer, which is 48 mixed sheets featuring designs from the mini catalogue including the Poppies suite and also some of the images from the Best Dressed Suite. The one I used is from the Peaceful Poppies DSP. For the sentiment I used the Ornate Frames dies which have carried over from the Autumn/Winter catalogue.

To make this card you will need the following

Card measuring 4 1\8" x 11 5\8" (A4)

2 strips to go inside to support your decoration, 5" x  3\4"

Designer series Paper

2,  1 3\4" x 3 3\4"
2,  1 3\4" x 1 3\8"

You will also need to stamp and punch out 6 Tulips and 9 Leaves
For the stems you will need to stamp and cut out 6

As I show in the tutorial there are a couple of ways of making this card, The first is to make it using your paper trimmer or if you don't have a scoring option on there you can use a scoreboard.

If you are using a scoreboard you will need to score as follows

On the long side at 1 1\2", 5 1\2", 7" and 11"

On the short side at 2 1\8"

Here is the tutorial

This is what I used today

Thank you for stopping by today, Until next time

Happy crafting!
